Studied social interactions of intellectually normal Head Start children, children with low rates of social interaction, children diagnosed as socially-emotionally handicapped, and socially normal, nonhandicapped children. All groups differed on peer interactions, positive social initiations, and reciprocity rule. (Author/BB)
