The aim of this study is to explore and identify the factors influencing the intentions of vocational high school teachers in Indonesia to utilize web-based e-learning platforms. Utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the theoretical framework, this research expands to include three additional external variables: motivation to use, Internet self-efficacy, and computer anxiety, to comprehensively examine the factors influencing this intention. A self-reported questionnaire was administered to collect data from 220 vocational secondary school teachers across five provinces in Java, Indonesia. The empirical results support eight of the nine hypotheses, demonstrating that external variables such as motivation to use, Internet self-efficacy, and computer anxiety significantly predict teachers' intentions to adopt web-based e-learning platforms in vocational secondary schools.
