The Bilingual Teacher Aide Training Program was composed of nontraditional students. Evaluation found that adult students are serious and will usually overcome greater obstacles in pursuit of a college education. With a little academic and/or personal advising, the nontraditional adult can successfully complete a university curriculum. (Author)
