Describes a study of the relationship between community college counselor role conflict and such variables as organizational policies, management style, co-worker cooperation, and leadership, based on a survey of all counselors in the Oregon community college system. Indicates that rigid organizational policies contributed to role conflict, and counselors could benefit from more agreement among themselves. (MAB)
