The Environment and the Student in Counseling Psychology: Does the Research Training Environment Influence Graduate Students' Attitudes toward Research?
Royalty, Georgia M.; And Others
Counseling Psychologist, v14 n1 p9-30 Jan 1986
Examined research attitudes of graduate students in counseling psychology, the research training environments in graduate programs, and the impact of programs and environments on students' attitudes. Results indicated the role of environment on attitude change seems to depend on students' training levels, suggesting a training environment by developmental level interaction regarding influence on research attitudes.
