This study determined whether the Theological School Inventory would be helpful in screening Roman Catholic seminarians. Used experimentally with two successful classes in two midwestern novitiates, no significant differences were found between the means of the classes or the novitiates. Perseverence was the criterion for judging screening effectiveness. (Author/CG)
