Investigates Hardesty's model of the four stages women seminarians go through during their seminary education. Female subjects (N=7 Jewish and 11 Protestant) completed questionnaires, which showed them to be in the third and fourth stages of their seminary relationship, and showed training for pastoral counseling as most important to the subjects.
