Decision-making abilities of Minnesota high school seniors enrolled in office procedures, model office, and cooperative office education were compared in pretests and posttests, and improvement on these measures over the year was determined. A study was made to determine whether typing teachers in Connecticut secondary schools were aware of practices used by beginning office workers. It was concluded that business education teachers must keep abreast of current office practices and procedures. (JOW)
