A report from the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools is discussed. The major issues and options that should be considered before establishing or reevaluating an overseas program are described. (Author/MLW)

The growth of in-house training and education programs of employers in both the public and private sector is discussed with a focus on supervisory and managerial personnel in large corporations. Effective dialog and cooperation between the corporate sector and the education sector are needed. (MLW)

Offering an educational program through a corporation enables an institution to recruit a large number of new, previously unserved students at one time. A program that helps New Jersey state employees earn degrees at Thomas A. Edison State College is described. (MLW)
