Learning from Experience: History and Teacher Education.
Warren, Donald
Educational Researcher, v14 n10 p5-12 Dec 1985

Persistence of basic patterns of influence and policy suggests that reform of teacher education requires both programmatic changes and improvements in the conditions of professional practice.
