The classification of couples' intrapersonal interaction styles assessed in terms of clinical judgment was compared with assessment based on the Pair Attraction Inventory. Significant correlations were obtained between student ratings of the effectiveness of the guidance program and Personal Orientation Inventory scales of Time Competence and Spontaneity.
