Schuh, Allen J. – Educational and Psychological Measurement, 1978
Scales from the Guilford-Zimmerman Temperament Survey and from the Thurstone Interest Schedule were correlated with achievement for students in a personnel evaluation course. Achievement was significantly correlated with the emotional stability and personal relations scales. (JKS)

The concept of psychosocial competence, or psychological effectiveness is investigated via three studies on college and high school students. The Behavioral Attributes of Psychosocial Competence measure used in these studies were found to differentiate between students rated competent or not competent by external sources. (JKS)

The validity of the Rational Behavior Inventory was investigated by examining its relationship with four other measures of personality in addition to class standing and age. Results supported the validity of the measure. (JKS)
