Examines the impact of loss of in-home chore services on families caring for older relatives. Results indicated presence or absence of chore services was not associated with caregiving behavior, perceptions of burden, or stress among relatives. Revealed significant relationships between perception of burden and performance of personal care tasks. (Author/NRB)
