Interviewed 50 elderly Korean immigrants to identify adjustment problems. Ratings of overall stress and adjustment were made in five areas of functioning: social, cultural, economic, health, and emotional/cognitive. Adjustment was positively related to education, length of residence in the United States, and multigenerational household structure. (Author/BL)
