An Analysis of the Perceptions Teaching Staff Holds Towards Factors Useful for Evaluating an Institution of Higher Education.
Johnstone, James N.; Agustiar
Higher Education, v12 n2 p215-29 Apr 1983
A study sought to identify, within the context of Indonesia, broad indicators of institutional effectiveness and efficiency felt to be important by the faculty surveyed, and assess whether these indicators reflect the characteristics of the institutions employing them. Seven criteria for such indicators are outlined, each addressing a different feature of the environment. (MSE)
