Job Satisfaction, Trade Unions, and Exit-Voice Revisited.
Bender, Keith A.; Sloane, Peter J.
Industrial and Labor Relations Review, v51 n2 p222-40 Jan 1998

The data did not support the theory that union workers' expressions of dissatisfaction through union mechanisms were distinct from "genuine" dissatisfaction. (SK)
