A scale was completed by 84 Academy for Human Resource Development (HRD) members to identify values related to HRD outcomes, locus of influences, and macro HRD goals. Value scales were found to measure individual values of scholars and practitioners, not normatively approved professional values. The structure of value priorities varied with individual differences.
