Effects of Videotaped Feedback on Self-Concept of Patients in Group Psychotherapy.
Cooker, Philip G.; Nero, Randall S.
Journal for Specialists in Group Work, v12 n3 p112-17 Sep 1987
Examined effects of videotaped feedback on aspects of self-concept of patients in an aftercare psychotherapy group. All subjects (N=62) completed three administrations of the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale; the 32 treatment patients also viewed videotaped interactions of their group therapy. The results suggest that videotaped feedback produces little, if any, change in self-concept. (Author/NB)
