Using a sample of four Illinois secondary vocational programs, the study attempted to test and cross-validate the construct of student self-ratings and teacher ratings of generalizable mathematics skills for handicapped students. Findings show a wide disagreement between the two ratings. Further research is suggested. (CH)

Reports on a survey of 388 Indiana vocational educators that determined their (1) education and experience, (2) involvement with handicapped learners, and (3) attitudes regarding handicapped learners.
