Administered NEO Personality Inventory (NEO-PI) and Combat Exposure Scale to 100 Vietnam veterans with combat-related Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and sorted subjects into three groups based on trauma exposure level. Found no significant differences among personality profiles of three trauma-exposed groups. Revealed normative NEO-PI profile for subjects, characterized by extremely high Neuroticism score and extremely low Agreeableness score. (Author/NB)
