Examines the efficacy of brief time-limited (BTL) groups (i.e., six sessions) in a university counseling center. When compared to semester length, time-limited (TL) groups and BTL groups were found to be similar in dimensions of Depth, Positivity, and Arousal. Indicates that BTL is an efficient and effective intervention. (RJM)
