Chapman, Stanley L.; Jeffrey, D. Balfour
Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, v46 n6 p1588-89 Dec 1978
In comprehensive wieght loss program, overweight women exposed to instruction in self-standard setting and to situational management techniques lost more weight than those instructed only in situational management techniques.
