Examined relative goodness of fit of four competing models of Counselor Rating Form-Short across client (N=191) and nonclient (N=111) samples. Results of confirmatory factor analyses supported validity of two-step hierarchical-factor model for both client and nonclient samples. Factor structure of two-step hierarchical-factor model was found to be invariant across two samples. (Author/NB)
