Two groups were surveyed: 127 business students, 49 executives, and 28 faculty in the United States and 177 students, 31 executives, and 76 faculty in New Zealand. Both groups of students valued opportunities for advancement, challenge, and responsibility in their first job. New Zealand professors agreed with their students, U.S. faculty did not. U.S. executives agreed with students; New Zealanders did not. (SK)
