The author points to employment problems in current society to which employment counselors should give attention. He asks members of NECA to take an active role in all social action programs, to create a more wholesome work environment for all people as a supplement to individual and group counseling, and to help counselees achieve a happier and more self-fulfilling life through their work settings.
