Educational backgrounds of individuals associated with the environmental interpretation profession were surveyed. Although well-educated, respondents indicated that they lacked skills necessary for interpretative work. Curriculum guidelines for a B.A. to prepare environmental interpreters is given based upon analysis and evaluation of the survey. (JP)
