LaRossa, Ralph – Journal of Marriage and the Family, 1983

Demonstrates the heuristic value of a social-time framework for understanding the transition to parenthood in particular and family systems in general. (Author/JAC)

Gross, Harriet Engel – Journal of Marriage and the Family, 1980

Also, women may be more comfortable with the arrangement because of the recognition of their rights. (Author)
