Capurso, Rose J.; Blocher, Donald H.
Journal of Vocational Behavior, v26 n1 p79-91 Feb 1985
Examined the effects of differences in cognitive complexity and sex-role orientation on the person perceptions formed by young college women (N=88) when presented with information varied in terms of consistency of sex-role appropriate behavior. Results indicated that complex subjects produced more differentiated final impressions than noncomplex ones. (BH)
