Kinicki, Angelo J.; Griffeth, Rodger W.
Journal of Vocational Behavior, v27 n2 p155-70 Oct 1985
Examined the impact of sex-role stereotypes on performance ratings and causal attributions of performance among its students. Results revealed no significant interactions for any of the causes of performance, indicating that sex-role stereotypes may not have influenced attributions of performance.
