A current awareness system for new academic library acquisitions was developed to reduce the subject disciplinary constraints of traditional acquisitions lists. This report discusses the development and evaluation of the system, the use of acquisitions lists from the Research Libraries Group (RLG), user interests, and user satisfaction. (LRW)
