Predictive Validity of the USES Interest Inventory for Male Vocational Training Graduates with Severe Handicaps to Employment.
Bolton, Brian
Measurement and Evaluation in Counseling and Development, v24 n2 p155-60 Jan 1992
Used discriminant analysis of U.S. Employment Service (USES) Interest Inventory to correctly classify 34 percent (weighted) and 37 percent (unweighted hit rate) of male graduates (n=282) with severe handicaps from residential medical and vocational rehabilitation facility to employment into eight vocational training groups. Results support validity of USES Interest Inventory as vocational counseling tool. (Author/NB)
