Structured around the topics that guide ethical research pertaining to service-learning pedagogy, this article raises questions and concerns, and give specific examples. Asserts that given the potential for harm and the power differentials that exist in the service-learning arena, universities have an ethical responsibility to carefully consider ethical issues and to establish sufficient oversight of service-learning courses.
