This report summarizes results from a survey of Austin Independent School District (AISD) teachers who provided leadership to newly hired teachers who attended AISD's orientation week in August 2010. Overall, Teacher Induction Program (TIP) teachers were pleased with the information and support they received prior to the August TIP sessions and felt prepared to lead their cohort of new teachers.
