Although the ILL subsystem of OCLC is not yet operational, it is apparent the OCLC is being used to facilitate ILL now. The capabilities and advantages of such a system are discussed, as well as the problems it creates. (Author/JAB)

Minnesota Interlibrary Teletype Exchange attempts to provide accessibility to all library resources in the state for all citizens, with communication by TWX. Wisconsin Interlibrary Loan Service has similar aims, and has started with the University of Wisconsin-Madison library system. There is a pilot project to interfact the two networks. (LS)
