The preparedness and suitability for farm life of 500 young farmers were studied in an evaluation of the RISTOLAND in Nigeria. Subjects included 100 respondents each from 5 of the 10 RISTOLAND farms. Personality inventories identified characteristics of subjects that will be useful in planning future vocational education programs. (SLD)
