This study compared the rated level of work attitudes as measured by the Work Attitudes Inventory for 113 secondary, community college, and hospital teachers and nine practitioners of health occupations. Effects of instructional strategies and demographic variables on attitudes toward disabled persons were studied. A pre- and postexperimental design study, using independent study, lecture, and film, revealed no effect for instructional strategies. Some demographic variables seemed to affect attitudes.
