A survey of graduates of associate degree programs in technological areas showed that these graduates are often dissatisfied with their jobs, tend to participate in continuing education programs, and are largely employed in major business enterprises or public service concerns. (MLH)

Inventories the past and current national effort in programs of two to four years duration in engineering technology education, assesses the strengths and weaknesses of current educational practice in this domain, and suggests directions for future effort.
