Compared the date-initiation and date expense-sharing behavior of 258 feminist and nonfeminist undergraduate women. Results showed that feminists tend to share dating expenses with male partners more then nonfeminists. Studied stereotypes of single adults in (N = 400) interviews. The divorced indicated more loneliness than the never married, currently married and remarried.
