The article first analyzes the current development status and challenges of modern ceramic design education, and summarizes the connotation of Dong ethnic art and culture and its application in design. The problems and solutions in the integration are also pointed out. The article analyzes ceramic design education cases that integrate Dong ethnic art and cultural characteristics at home and abroad, revealing the enlightenment brought by integration.
