This report deals with the measurement of personality changes employing two modes of statistical treatment of data derived from two modes of group confrontation procedures. A group of college males who had reported themselves unable to interact with women were contacted and asked to record every interaction for a week. Following this period a series of behavioral tests was given. After pretesting shy subjects were randomly assigned to a control group or a treatment group. Treatment improved social skills.
