Ritter, Kathleen Y. – Group and Organization Studies, 1977
The Personal Orientation Inventory (POI) is frequently used to measure changes that have occurred in participants as a result of an encounter- or growth-group experience. Lewis, Philip; And Others – Journal of Counseling Psychology, 1975
The nature and development of interpersonal perceptions in a T group were studied. The distribution of major choices of the students in college living units, as determined by the Holland (1973) typology, was related to the characteristics of the social environments of the living units.
