Smith, Milton L. – Academe: Bulletin of the AAUP, 1979
Describes a research study to determine if the recent increase and growth of two-year colleges will help to correct the imbalance of Ph.D.'s by increasing the number of available faculty and administrative positions. The results indicate that these schools will cause only a slight increase in the employment of doctoral-degree holders. (SF)
