Proposes a new degree in education called Masters of Science in Educational Computing. Combining the areas of computer science and education, the new academic area will prepare teachers to make use of computers in all phases of education. Educational computing refers to a new interdisciplinary area of study combining the fields of teacher education and computer science education.
