The goal of this study was to validate the Experience in Close Relationships Scale--Short version (ECR--S) in Korean college students. One item of the attachment avoidance subscale was deleted following confirmatory factor analysis. We examined the factor structure and other psychometric properties of the Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) in Korean nonclinical (N1 = 457, N2 = 444) and clinical undergraduate samples (N3 = 12). Supervisors evaluated counselors-in-training at multiple points during their practicum experience using the Counseling Competencies Scale (CCS; N = 1,070). The CCS evaluations were randomly split to conduct exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, resulting in a 2-factor model (61.5% of the variance explained).

The purpose of this study was to validate the measures included in the Counselor Response Observation System.
