Rushton, J. Philippe – Intelligence, 1994
Cranial capacities are calculated from external head measurements reported for 40 samples (tens of thousands of subjects) from a 1990 review of ergonomically important body measurements compiled by the International Labour Office. The correlation between brain size and intelligence for groups and individuals is discussed. (SLD)

Results indicated that for female stimuli, attractiveness correlated negatively with waist width and hip width, and directly with figure slenderness. For male stimuli, attractiveness correlated positively with shoulder width and upper body taper. (Author)

A relationship between an anomaly of the footprint suggested by ancient Abhidhamma meditations and Minor Physical Anomalies Scale was observed in children. The footprint anomalies correlated with the activity levels of children in the same way as the scores on the scale and consistently with prior research using the scale. (Author/RD)
