The effectiveness of a short-term training Institute for Rehabilitation Counselors on Epilipsy was determined by evaluating information gained, change in attitudes and change in job behavior. No significant difference in attitudes or job behavior toward epiliptic individuals was found after the training program had been administered. Suggestions are offered for alternatives on training format and evaluation procedures. (Author)
