A study examined the relationship between perceived occupational barriers and career decision-making (CDM) attitudes, knowledge of CDM principles, and CDM self-efficacy of 188 college students. College freshmen in Taiwan completed the Career Decision Scale before and after two different career education courses: cognitive restructuring (n=24) and decision-making skills training (n=44).
