A growing concern for individualized instruction has made educators aware that all students need access to a wide range of media outside of the typical classroom or traditional library. For those desiring to develop appropriate facilities to fill this need, this bibliography stresses ideas that will enhance the planning, organization, and operation of a modern instructional media center.
