In England and Wales, females are more prone to commit suicide than homicide. Homicidal offenders are more likely to victimize members of their own families and decidedly more prone to kill themselves. After two years of a three-year evaluation of a violence-prevention program implemented in two elementary schools with 203 students, it appears that the program may produce a decline in conflict.
