Notes that the program has been designed in accordance with recommendations made by prominent authorities in the field, keeping in mind the needs of the campus at which the program is located. Developed and evaluated videotape training program on teaching process and problem-solving skills specifically related to issues associated with the Education for All Handicapped Children Act of 1975. Results indicated that exposure to training program reduced anxiety specific to targeted issues. Feedback about program was positive. (Author)
